Being more of a writer, he wrote and performed verses in clubs during his college days and only frequented studios for the recording experience until he was more decisive on his interest in music. In mid-2012, he dropped out of the University of Yaoundé II (Soa) to focus on his craft. He recorded his debut single “Afe Nkap” with Sangtum, formerly known as “Dijay Pazzo”, followed by its official video directed by Adah Akenji. JeWanda Magazine reiterated that Ngoma was ahead of his time by enriching the Cameroonian culture with his controversial lyrics and style, a mix of the old and new school. We get a clear glimpse of this in his music videos for “Mangosi” and “All Les Day” directed by Shamak Allharamaji.
